Insurance & cost
Know what you’ll pay before you book.
We verify coverage up front, show self-pay prices clearly, and only charge your card once your visit is complete.
Medicare
Physical therapy at home can be covered under Medicare Part B as outpatient therapy when it’s medically necessary. You typically pay 20% of the Medicare-approved amount after your Part B deductible — less if you have a supplemental plan.

We work with many commercial and Medicare Advantage plans. Copays, deductibles and visit limits depend on your plan — we look them up for you and share the numbers before your first visit.
Self-pay
Prefer not to use insurance, or have a plan that doesn’t cover PT? Self-pay rates are shown upfront in the app before you book, with nothing added later.
